Aloo Gobi
A dry-spiced Indian dish of potatoes and cauliflower cooked with turmeric and cumin.
Ingredients
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Cilantro
Steps
- Fry cumin seeds in oil until fragrant.
- Add potatoes and cauliflower, stirring to coat with the spices.
- Add turmeric, coriander powder, and chopped tomato.
- Cover and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with roti.
