Bibimbap
A colorful Korean rice bowl topped with seasoned vegetables, beef, and a fried egg.
Ingredients
- 2 cups steamed rice
- 150g beef, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup spinach, blanched
- 1 cup bean sprouts, blanched
- 2 eggs, fried
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- Sesame oil
Steps
- Marinate beef in soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil, then stir-fry until cooked.
- Season each blanched vegetable separately with a little sesame oil and salt.
- Place rice in bowls and arrange beef and vegetables on top in sections.
- Top each bowl with a fried egg and a dollop of gochujang.
- Mix thoroughly before eating.
