Bibimbap

A colorful Korean rice bowl topped with seasoned vegetables, beef, and a fried egg.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups steamed rice
  • 150g beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup spinach, blanched
  • 1 cup bean sprouts, blanched
  • 2 eggs, fried
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • Sesame oil

Steps

  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil, then stir-fry until cooked.
  2. Season each blanched vegetable separately with a little sesame oil and salt.
  3. Place rice in bowls and arrange beef and vegetables on top in sections.
  4. Top each bowl with a fried egg and a dollop of gochujang.
  5. Mix thoroughly before eating.
