Bulgogi

Bulgogi

Thin slices of marinated beef grilled until caramelized and tender.

Ingredients

  • 500g ribeye, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 pear, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 scallions, chopped

Steps

  1. Blend soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, pear, and garlic into a marinade.
  2. Marinate beef slices for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.
  3. Grill or pan-fry beef over high heat until caramelized at the edges.
  4. Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
  5. Serve with steamed rice and lettuce wraps.
