Bulgogi
Thin slices of marinated beef grilled until caramelized and tender.
Ingredients
- 500g ribeye, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pear, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 scallions, chopped
Steps
- Blend soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, pear, and garlic into a marinade.
- Marinate beef slices for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.
- Grill or pan-fry beef over high heat until caramelized at the edges.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
- Serve with steamed rice and lettuce wraps.
