Butter Chicken
Tender tandoori chicken simmered in a rich, creamy, buttery tomato gravy.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken thigh, marinated and grilled
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp kashmiri chili powder
Steps
- Marinate and grill or roast chicken pieces until charred at the edges.
- Saute ginger garlic paste in butter until fragrant.
- Add tomato puree, chili powder, and garam masala, simmering until thickened.
- Stir in cream and grilled chicken, simmering gently for 10 minutes.
- Finish with a swirl of butter and serve with naan or rice.
