Che Ba Mau
A vibrant three-color Vietnamese layered dessert with beans, jelly, and coconut milk.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked mung beans, sweetened
- 1/2 cup cooked red beans, sweetened
- 1/2 cup green jelly, cubed
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Crushed ice
Steps
- Layer sweetened mung beans at the bottom of a glass.
- Add a layer of sweetened red beans.
- Top with cubed green jelly.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour coconut milk over the top and serve with a spoon to mix before eating.
