Chirashi Don
A bowl of seasoned sushi rice topped with an assortment of fresh sashimi.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked and seasoned
- 200g assorted sashimi-grade fish
- 1/4 cup ikura (salmon roe)
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- Shredded nori
- Wasabi and soy sauce
Steps
- Spread seasoned sushi rice into serving bowls.
- Arrange slices of assorted sashimi attractively over the rice.
- Top with ikura, sesame seeds, and shredded nori.
- Serve with wasabi and soy sauce on the side.
