Chirashi Don

A bowl of seasoned sushi rice topped with an assortment of fresh sashimi.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked and seasoned
  • 200g assorted sashimi-grade fish
  • 1/4 cup ikura (salmon roe)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Shredded nori
  • Wasabi and soy sauce

Steps

  1. Spread seasoned sushi rice into serving bowls.
  2. Arrange slices of assorted sashimi attractively over the rice.
  3. Top with ikura, sesame seeds, and shredded nori.
  4. Serve with wasabi and soy sauce on the side.
