Chocolate Chip Cookies
Soft, chewy cookies loaded with melty chocolate chips.
Ingredients
- 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
- Cream butter with sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour and baking soda until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
