Dan Dan Noodles
Sichuan noodles tossed in a spicy, nutty chili oil and minced pork sauce.
Ingredients
- 300g wheat noodles
- 150g ground pork
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp sesame paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Chinkiang vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Chopped peanuts and scallions
Steps
- Cook ground pork in a hot pan until browned and crispy; set aside.
- Whisk chili oil, sesame paste, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic in serving bowls.
- Cook noodles until just tender and drain.
- Add noodles to the bowls and toss with the sauce.
- Top with pork, peanuts, and scallions before serving.
