Edamame
Steamed young soybeans in their pods, lightly salted as a simple snack.
Ingredients
- 300g frozen edamame in pods
- 1 tbsp salt
- Water for boiling
Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add edamame pods and boil for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Drain and toss with a little more salt while still warm.
- Serve in a bowl, squeezing beans directly from the pod to eat.
