Fluffy Pancakes

Light, fluffy pancakes perfect for a weekend breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

Steps

  1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat eggs, then add milk and melted butter.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a greased griddle over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  6. Serve warm with syrup.
