Gyeran Bap
Simple Korean egg rice with soy sauce, sesame oil, and a fried or raw egg.
Ingredients
- 1 bowl warm steamed rice
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Chopped scallions
Steps
- Fry the egg sunny-side up, or leave raw if preferred.
- Place warm rice in a bowl and top with the egg.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.
- Mix everything together before eating.
