Korean Fried Chicken
Extra crispy double-fried chicken coated in a sticky, spicy-sweet glaze.
Ingredients
- 800g chicken wings
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup gochujang
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Oil for deep frying
Steps
- Coat chicken wings in cornstarch and deep fry until golden, then drain.
- Fry a second time briefly to make the skin extra crispy.
- Simmer gochujang, honey, soy sauce, and garlic into a thick glaze.
- Toss the fried chicken in the hot glaze until fully coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds.
