Pad Krapow Moo

Spicy Thai stir-fried minced pork with holy basil, served over rice with a fried egg.

Ingredients

  • 300g minced pork
  • 1 cup holy basil leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 Thai chilies, minced
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 fried egg per serving

Steps

  1. Stir-fry garlic and chilies in oil until fragrant.
  2. Add minced pork and cook until browned, breaking up any clumps.
  3. Season with fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.
  4. Stir in holy basil leaves until just wilted.
  5. Serve hot over steamed rice topped with a crispy fried egg.
