Pad Krapow Moo
Spicy Thai stir-fried minced pork with holy basil, served over rice with a fried egg.
Ingredients
- 300g minced pork
- 1 cup holy basil leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 Thai chilies, minced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 fried egg per serving
Steps
- Stir-fry garlic and chilies in oil until fragrant.
- Add minced pork and cook until browned, breaking up any clumps.
- Season with fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.
- Stir in holy basil leaves until just wilted.
- Serve hot over steamed rice topped with a crispy fried egg.
