Palak Paneer
Soft paneer cheese cubes in a smooth, mildly spiced spinach gravy.
Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 400g spinach, blanched and pureed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Cumin seeds
Steps
- Saute cumin seeds and onion in oil until soft.
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in spinach puree and garam masala, simmering for 5 minutes.
- Lightly pan-fry paneer cubes and add them to the spinach gravy.
- Stir in cream and simmer briefly before serving with roti.
