Pancit Canton

Stir-fried Filipino noodles with vegetables, pork, and shrimp in a savory sauce.

Ingredients

  • 300g pancit canton noodles
  • 150g pork, sliced
  • 150g shrimp
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cups stock

Steps

  1. Stir-fry pork until browned, then add shrimp and cook briefly.
  2. Add carrot and cabbage, stir-frying until just tender.
  3. Pour in stock and soy sauce, bringing to a simmer.
  4. Add noodles and toss until they absorb the liquid and are tender.
  5. Serve hot with a wedge of calamansi or lemon.
