Pancit Canton
Stir-fried Filipino noodles with vegetables, pork, and shrimp in a savory sauce.
Ingredients
- 300g pancit canton noodles
- 150g pork, sliced
- 150g shrimp
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cups stock
Steps
- Stir-fry pork until browned, then add shrimp and cook briefly.
- Add carrot and cabbage, stir-frying until just tender.
- Pour in stock and soy sauce, bringing to a simmer.
- Add noodles and toss until they absorb the liquid and are tender.
- Serve hot with a wedge of calamansi or lemon.
