Spring Rolls
Crispy fried rolls filled with cabbage, carrot, and glass noodles.
Ingredients
- Spring roll wrappers
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 50g glass noodles, soaked
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Oil for frying
Steps
- Stir-fry cabbage, carrot, and glass noodles with soy sauce and sesame oil until softened; cool slightly.
- Place filling on wrappers and roll tightly, sealing the edge with water.
- Heat oil to 175C and fry rolls until golden and crisp.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with sweet chili or soy dipping sauce.
