Spring Rolls

Crispy fried rolls filled with cabbage, carrot, and glass noodles.

Ingredients

  • Spring roll wrappers
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 50g glass noodles, soaked
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. Stir-fry cabbage, carrot, and glass noodles with soy sauce and sesame oil until softened; cool slightly.
  2. Place filling on wrappers and roll tightly, sealing the edge with water.
  3. Heat oil to 175C and fry rolls until golden and crisp.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot with sweet chili or soy dipping sauce.
