Vegetable Stir Fry

Vegetable Stir Fry

A colorful, quick stir fry loaded with crunchy vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli head, cut into florets
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Steps

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
  3. Add all vegetables and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and cornstarch slurry.
  5. Toss until sauce thickens and coats the vegetables.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
