Vegetable Stir Fry
A colorful, quick stir fry loaded with crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 broccoli head, cut into florets
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Steps
- Heat sesame oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add all vegetables and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Pour in soy sauce and cornstarch slurry.
- Toss until sauce thickens and coats the vegetables.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
